FAQ

1.  What is your farm?

* We are mainly a poultry farm. We also sell organic chickens, depending on the availability – they grow at their own pace since we do not feed them spurt growth feeds.

2.  Do you sell French or Sunshine Chickens?

* We do not sell French or Sunshine Chickens because we have our own breed of organic chickens only found in WEF.

3.  Do you sell LIVE organic chickens?

* We do not sell LIVE organic chickens.  It’s my father’s number one rule and I respect that.  He is very protective of their “gourmet breed.” He is so passionate with chickens that I remember in the 1990s  he even brought home eggs from Puerto Rico to breed.

4.  Can we go to the WEF to buy organic chickens?

*  Depending on the availability of our organic chickens, you may go to the farm to choose your chicken which we will slaughter and dress for you there.

These chickens are also expensive, it costs P500 a piece.  And unlike the chickens in the grocery, it doesn’t even reach a kilo. But it’s not about the quantity.  It’s all about the taste and it’s definitely more delicious.
US IMPORTED HI-BREED Live Weight  costs P500/ chicken

9.  Do you cook in the farm?

* Yes. Our specialty is  Chicken Binakol.   And we cook it for you the  traditional way which is inside a bamboo. We just love cooking Chicken Binakol because we are all from Iloilo and its really a specialty in the Visayas.

Just buy the chicken at P500 and add P100 for paluto of Chicken Binakol. Pick-up at WEF or SM Taytay only. Add P50 if delivery at meeting points: SM Hypermart (tiendesitas) or SM Megamall.

10.  Can we eat the chicken binakol at WEF?

* You may dine in WEF or you can have the chicken binakol delivered at our meeting points. WE-cafe is not sosyal-looking.  It’s very rustic countryside,  as in ala Anthony Burdain-visits-rural-area-for-traditional-cooking-and-eating-baryo-style.
